Now Hiring an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to over see office in Baytown, TX

Job Functions:

*Assist with any administrative tasks the superintendent needs *Must process weekly time sheets and monthly expense reports *Must file and maintain inventory of material and equipment on the jobsite *Must maintain jobsite trailer clean *Must be proficient in excel and word and scan files as needed *Will communicate daily with Houston corporate office via phone or email *Must keep track of documents and ensure they are filed correctly

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Pay: $15/hour
